2. Small Group Workshops
3–5 Participants
Focused, interactive sessions with a high level of participation and feedback and real workplace communication scenarios.
3. Drop-in Office Hours (1:1)
15-minute individual slots
An open session where Employees can:
- Ask questions
- Receive targeted feedback
This format works particularly well alongside lectures or workshops.
Case Study – Two Days
Day 1
Morning — Lecture (large group)
- Introduction to key patterns affecting clarity (E.g. stress, rhythm, reduction, etc.)
- Practical strategies and examples
Midday — Small Group Workshops
- Groups of 3–5
- Focused work based on common patterns identified in the lecture
Afternoon — Drop-in Sessions
- 1:1, 15-minute slots
- Individual feedback and targeted correction
Day 2 – same format – building on Day 1
This structure can also be extended over several weeks (online or in-person), allowing for more sustained improvement.
